If the ATL based pilot is a commuter, then yes it should be considered as income because the pilot is choosing to live out of the training base, just as Lee is choosing to live outside of his work base. If this were pushed by someone at the IRS, it would be considered income.
Your structure still looks bad Alan. In fact...nobody move. Don't even breath.

Don't know about you, but that apple looks unscathed.

Let me summarize all this above. I'm not stating what "group" you're part of. You're the one doing that. I'm talking about you as an individual. As an individual, your posts are designed to ensure pilot costs are minimized. Period. You're clearly being managed by someone within DALPA or management (not that there's a difference) to post on web forums to ensure the message of minimizing pilot costs to Delta. The person who is managing you is absolutely doing the bidding of a Ford and Harrison union buster.
Hope this helps.

I speak for myself. I have no contact with nor am not managed by anyone from DALPA, Delta management, Ford & Harrison, or any other person or organization.
I have a deal for you. Hire a personal detective. I'll give you my name, address, phone number, whatever the PD needs. Send him to my house and I'll talk to him. Have him do whatever it is that PDs do. If he finds any evidence that I am being managed by DALPA, Delta, Ford & Harrison, or any other person or organization I'll pay for the PD. Hire a lawyer to draw up a contract o make the deal formal. If your guy finds evidence I'll pay for the lawyer too.
