Details on Delta TA
What are some specific examples of people saying making things out to be worst about this TA than they really are?

This TA proves that we really do have a lot of pilots that vote yes to absolutely everything. Voting no would be admitting we are labor. I am a permanent no voter because I have come to the conclusion that my goals for this pilot group are a hell of a lot higher than ALPA's. I still never thought this TA was going to be this ****ty. ALPA always seems to surprise me with scope concessions and quality of life concessions. They never end.

We will be stuck with IOE giveback with hiring just starting. 2018 we have a ton of retirements.
Sick policy is a joke.
Scope with heavy jets?
2 yr seatlock for our newhires.
Reduction in our profit sharing make Jan 1st 6% raise only 2.5%
All in record profits. This is what we are talking about.
July 14th the company will let us know the new earning just after the vote closes on July 10th??

You're clueless. Vote yes and be done with the senseless drivel.

Not emotional. Disappointed on how our union would bring us this TA with record profits.

He'll vote yes because RA told him there wont be a better deal and thanks the pilots for being leaders at the company. Bender is just toying with us. Hes been a yes from the start. Although if anyone really is on the fence at this point, i think that speaks volumes as to just how bad this TA is. By now you should be able to rest easy with a decision one way or another.
This TA is insanely bad. I thought when voting opened that it would pass 55-45. Now i think it will pass 60-40. The RA message swayed a lot of people. Im hearing even more people come out and say they changed their votes to Yes.
