This shows how well the SSP has worked at endeavor. I received a Delta CJO last June and will not have a class until Jan/Feb of next year at the earliest. I am sure they are keeping Endeavor staffed with at least some guys who would be gone by now if it were not for the CJO with Delta.

Look, regionals suck. And the pilots there work hard. But the Endeavor pilots have benefited greatly from the SSP. Trying to paint it an injustice that the movement hasn't been even quicker isn't going to hold much water IMO.

That's a raw deal. In my class the Endeavor guys who were held back got seniority numbers commensurate with the class they would have been eligible for had they not been held. Did the agreement change?

Are you a captain? How long did you wait to interview from when you first had the opportunity?

I'm guessing you are talking about the compass guys that were all on a 90 day hold back.

So you are coming here hating the union already and have never stepped foot on the property? Really? I don't get it. Why come here at all?

Give him a break. He's venting. Would you want to wait 21 months at our current hiring rate? That's roughly 2000+ number loss in seniority.
Despite the historic market for pilots, not everyone has job offers from the other legacies and majors. ALPA did negotiate this for Endeavor so he is certainly within his right to point his frustration at them. Despite that I would give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he's still grateful to come to Delta until he publicly states otherwise.

The reason he may wait 21 months, is because a ton more senior pilots at Endeavor are going before him. He doesn't get to leap frog them. If it was a flow like Compass, he may have to wait even longer since all of the senior pilots above him would get a crack to go before. Do you think the most junior flow pilots at Compass were upset because they left 5 years after the first group got to go? No, it was in seniority per the agreement they signed onto.
