2 weeks of indoc
1 week of home study systems
4 weeks of FTD and SIM training
2-3 days of online observation flights
2-3 weeks of OE
Other than the week of "at home training", I had no more than two days off in a row. Typically 5 on, 2 off for my fleet. It went by very fast.
That was as of April on the 320. Sometimes they get backed up and have to push things back, but expect to go fast an furious until OE is signed off.

Indoc is about 10 days. Weekend off so really about 8. Meet with HR, tablet issue, welcome to Delta etc. Only about 2-3 hours of system review and a test. They give you a week to learn the systems at home via CBT/self study. As for OE, I did mine on the 73 in 9 days. 2 four day trips with a day off in between.

Do you really think that's the case? As has already been said, you do most of the systems studying at home. Come back to start your aircraft training and there's at least 1-2 days of systems review with an instructor and then you do the systems SV test.

If you're a regional guy, you probably already got white shirts, black shoes and socks. Maybe even black pants too. You're already halfway there! Same with epaulets as long as they're gold. Just need a hat, bling, and the horse blanket.

Gonna have dig up my FO epaulettes from 9 years ago. Or I could just black out one of my stripes
