The Feb 2 interview class only had 3 CJO out of 7. Apparently the tests have been changed. Also, 2of3 have pending job offers elsewhere...

Zoinks! Test changed!?
I'm a firm believer if you don't/didn't know & practice "UXLT-0" it in advance, 90%+ would not pass The Cog - I didn't the first time. Easy 2nd time knowing it in advance

I would advise them to accept the gig elsewhere.

Ok seriously?!?!?!?! How weak are we if we say that? Delta has never in their history voted down a ta until now. And Richard Anderson although he was awesome is old! he wasn't sticking around forever. We just started formal negotiations, did you think management was just going to roll over and say here you go? No they are going to play their game as we play ours. It's how most negotiations go. There will be threats, there will be a 99 percent strike vote, and then there will be a deal struck at the last minute. Most airline negotiations take years but this is still a damn good place to work so let's keep on bringing in damn good pilots

Has anyone on here had to reschedule their Delta interview? I received it a couple of weeks ago, and may need to push my date back a week or two. If so, do you know if they give you the next available (which could be like a month from that date) or just swap you with someone else? The invite email says "once scheduled please make every attempt to keep your interview date, or if unable, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer that opportunity to another candidate"....so I'm assuming they don't love it when you call. Thanks for the help.

They will ask you the reason and then give you the next available date. I had to reschedule as well, and don't worry about it being counted against you. It's not.

I rescheduled twice. Had some personal stuff come up and explained the situation over the phone. At first I wasn't sure when I would be available and they said, ok call us when you know something. They were more than understanding. I called about 2 months later when I was ready and asked for next available. At that time they were scheduling about 3 months out. The person I spoke to said they'd had a cancellation for the very next week. I jumped on it. Saved me about 150 seniority numbers.
