Default For your reading pleasure

Hi all,
Longtime reader, first time poster. Got my CJO back in June, and according to Badger's spreadsheet (thanks again Badger!) Will hopefully be heading to Indoc early 1Q16. While waiting, I came across some interesting reading, especially for us military types who've never had to deal with schedule bids, etc. So, if you're not doing anything else while paddling around the pool, you might find it interesting to read/watch

Preferential Bid System (PBS) for Delta; training videos
https://www.youtube.com/user/DeltaPBS/feed
(you need to subscribe, but I had no trouble)

Also
PBS Help

Personally, I found it helpful to watch the videos first for a good overview, then the PBS Help to review details.

That's because guys senior to the newbies are most likely bidding off other fleets to the 320. All the movement is happening above the new hires.

Yes, and yet there have only been 20 320B AE postings since March.

Maybe this has been the calm before the storm?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone hear anything from DAL since their CJO? Mine was in early August and I have not heard a word since then. I know no news is good news, but I was also told that they send out periodic updates?

Typically the only email you will get is the cleared to train email indicating your background check is done. Otherwise you just wait for a call for a class.

Last update from AK was 30 July saying CJOs are good for as long as you are willing to tread water in the pool. Might get one for this quarter in a few weeks or so.

I hope this is alright to post in this forum, if not then I apologize.

I received the "Fix-It" emails today and am wondering if this means anything more than them reviewing my application. I have been updating my application every month for the past year and a half, with this being the first time getting an actual email from the recruitment team. Can I assume the potential for an interview invite has gone up now?
I'm sure that there have been fix-it emails sent out to people who then never hear back from Delta again...just trying to get a perspective.

Thanks
