"flows"(compass and mesaba) do not interview period.
Endeavor SSP pilots do day 1 interview and do not do day 2. Caveat to that is, Delta has full access to an Endeavor pilots personnel file (sick calls, disciplinary letters ect) , which has wiped more than a few out.

so if you are coming from lets say spirit can they gain access to your personal file? If so how are they doing it?

No they can not. When Endeavor pilots go in for an SSP interview they sign an "authorization for release of employment records related to attendance and reliability" form which allows Delta access to their personnel file. This is only for SSP interviews. Off the streets, including any Endeavor off the street, does not sign the reliability form. Therefore Delta does not have legal access to your companies personnel file.
I know an endeavor guy who talked to Delta at a job fair, he had some pretty serious disciplinary issues, Someone who works very close with AK, told him to not interview as an SSP but as an off the street hire, that way his disciplinary issues would never be looked at.

That is not correct. I had to sign the form and I am an OTS hire. I work for a delta connection carrier. Not compass or endeavor. I believe anyone who is OTS non military signs the form.

I think it came with either the initial interview email or the confirmation of interview date after you set it up. You bring it in with all your other paperwork on interview day 1. It's a full page of legal mumbo jumbo.

SSP guys have their very own set of forms specific for Endeavor SSP they get in an email before their interview. The level of information that Delta is able to access was a controversy when the SSP started two years ago, many pilots knew they were done before they even interviewed because of the level of information Delta had access to. I worked somewhat close to endeavor records department and HR, and I can tell you every month on the 20th they were sending tons of paper work over to Delta for upcoming pilots with interviews.

I concur. I was also an OTS, non-Endeavor, non-Compass, regional airline hire. I went back and sifted through the emails and it looks like the form is titled "AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF EMPLOYMENT RECORDS RELATED TO ATTENDANCE AND RELIABILITY" and is included in the packet of documents and checklists of items to bring that they sent about a week prior to my interview.

I thought as a OTS we had to sign a form to release that information from our current employers and also had to give a good contact for my Guard Commander as well.
