As I understand the process, the company will fill try to vacancies with AEs before new hires. If in a given month, they anticipate a need for 10 ATL 73N B's, they post that in an AE bid; what doesn't get filled by AE gets rolled into class drops. In theory, you should get a chance to change bases on your equipment before that base for your equipment is available for a new hire.

In theory, that's true.

However, the ONLY way to change domicile (or equipment after the seat lock expires) is through an AE - the latest of which closed yesterday at noon. If you didn't put in a bid yesterday, you will have to wait for the next AE to even have a chance. Good luck, and welcome to the company!

Has anyone heard any news on Indoc dates and any calls going out to Off the street hires?

Good source more or less confirmed what has been discussed here:
- Classes staying in the 20ish range for now (no predictions on when it will increase). Still planning on two classes per month.
- Compass flows currently taking up the entire first class of the month, but October is the last all-Compass class.
- Endeavor flows taking priority over OTS due to contractual obligation to get them in class.
- OTS numbers should start to go up starting in November when most of the Compass flows are done.
- Calls seem to be going out about 4 weeks before indoc.

I wonder if it would be safe to assume that the Endeavor guys will be moved to the 1st class of every month after Compass is done in November.

I think there were some 22 apr guys that got called to fill some open spots in 7 sept and 21 sept classes. I think 3-4 OTS guys was it though.
