What's the latest on class sizes per month? Last I heard they were officialy approved through April. This 130/month going to happen all summer long?

Same boat as you...none of the guys hired on my day have been offered training dates yet. Last we heard, the last week in Feb were called for Apr 6 Indoc, so i imagine you will get a call/email soon. Congrats by the way, hope to see you in class.

No indoc this week due to Easter being this upcoming weekend. There is a class that starts on Monday and the drop has already been emailed out. The drop is all New York:
7er: 35
73N: 2
M88: 12
717: 16

Don't be surprised if class size shrinks for about a month as they try and catch up on training. Some people are waiting close to two months for simulators.

2 months between indoc and sims? Seems like they wouldn't schedule indoc until they had a sim to put you in afterwards.

Thank you for posting the numbers. Although they change every class it's fun to hear about.

The last that I heard is that it will be well over 1,000. The training department looks like its running at 100% It's crazy to watch. The new hire class next week will have the most recent projected numbers.

Amazing...more 7ERs than the other three AC combined. That means one of three things: 1) the fleet isn't shrinking as fast as originally planned (would not be surprized) 2) there are a lot of ER FOs moving to the left seat this year, or 3) the training pipeline for the ER is just more open than the other pipelines.

Speculators: get ready...set...SPECULATE!

I believe it's all of the above. Plus, I believe they mentioned in a staffing memo not too long ago that the block hours for the ER this summer were higher than usual. An April class would still hit the line in time to help with that.
