1) $3,888.29 per month until completion of your initial OE with the company. You then transition to $70.12 per hour.
2) The company's 15% contribution begins immediately.
3) The salary is tied to being an "entry-level pilot" under the PWA. Any future time you go to training you would no longer be an entry-level pilot and you would be paid your hourly rate for a pro-rata portion of the Average Line Value in your category for each day of qualification training.

Out of curiosity, I pulled class drops out of MikefromMT and badgerned's spreadsheet, and combed this thread for the remaining data. (I could not find data for the 15 September class). Here's what was dropped to 2014 hires:
916 total
By city:
493 = NYC
380 = ATL
43 = DTW
By aircraft:
292 = MD-88
204 = 717
176 = A320
131 = 73N
113 = 7ER
By city/aircraft:
148 = ATL/MD88
147 = ATL/717
144 = NYC/MD88
144 = NYC/A320
96 = NYC/73N
60 = NYC/7ER
49 = NYC/717
37 = ATL/7ER
30 = ATL/A320
18 = ATL/73N
17 = DTW/73N
16 = DTW/7ER
8 = DTW/717
2 = DTW/A320

Not long. It's a fairly quick training footprint with not too much time off between events. I went from post indoc to OE in about 5 weeks and that was for the 7ER which requires extra training sessions in order to get to OE.

Latest communication from the company, January '15 Crew Resources letter stated, "year-to-date, the average number of days for a new hire pilot to progress from the first day at Delta to OE completion is 75 days."

They assigned sims in our group based on seniority so most senior in each aircraft started 1 week after indoc and company tried to limit max waiting time to 3-4 weeks for the last group. Sim start schedules were pretty firm and indoc team was hesitant to trade start dates around based on personal situations. Sims are typically four 5-day periods (20 training days) with 2 days off in between each if sim scheduling allows. We worked right through all holidays (4th of july in my case). I positive spaced home each time for my 2 days off. Then observation rides and OE get scheduled as soon as possible after sim completion. Takes about 3 trips over 2 weeks to get this all done. Observation trip had to originate in your assigned city but OE rides could start out of another base if you requested and they had availability. I did one out of NYC and one out of SLC. You have to complete two OE trips and have the required hours. In my case I had the hours done on day 2 of second OE trip but OE is not complete until last day. Another person I know finished OE 13 min short of total hours and had to have another OE trip scheduled. Add all that up with 2 weeks of indoc and the min time is about 9-10 weeks and max is around 13 weeks. Again each aircraft has small differences and training pipeline is working at max effort. The schedulers closely manage everything to ensure you get through in a timely manner. They even hit me for my 200 hundred check on a charter trip. Line check airman's first words were "this is so nonstandard...we never do this but the schedulers needed to get it done."
