Any updated time frame on how "soon" a new hire could hold a line on the 73, or 320? I'm assuming as with most categories it would be quicker from east coast to west, but any timeframe guesstimates with all this hiring?
Thanks
Thanks

I put together a list of new hire categories here, ranked in order of seniority (most junior first):

Norm is roughly 20% of a category is on reserve, so once you hit 80% seniority you can somewhat reliably hold a line.

When I click the link I get page not found. Not sure if it is operator error or a bad link. Would love to see that list though! Thanks for the help!
