Most people get through it, they should have explained it during the interview. I think the pass rate is 95%+. If you don't you're done forever unfortunately.

Can you expand on this? Do you have official numbers? I think most of us only have anecdotal evidence but I have only met 1 person not make it through and out of everyone I know that met the board the pass rate is well above 95%. But like I said, that is anecdotal evidence only.

Seems to be an average of 3 classes a month, 30-35 per class.

Yep. They say they want more but I'm not sure training can keep up at the moment.

6 Month call back

Anybody go through the 6 month call back recently. I didn't make it through the first time around and the 6 month is coming soon. Courious to how that will work and the lead time for the next interview?

The guy who was probably the worst pilot in my squadron ended up flying the C-32, and flew the VP many, many times. It's the Air Force, some guys get ahead by doing a good job, others are just good ass kissers.
