What's considered a good GPA for Delta? Also how does it look leaving a bottom tier regional (Mesa) for a top tier regional (Endeavor)

Speaking of Endeavor... I know it's possible, but is it common for Endeavor pilots to get an OTS interview? My ultimate goal is Delta, and I'll have to spend some time at the regionals after leaving the military. Right now, Endeavor seems like the best regional for me, but I don't really want to sabotage any chances I might have of getting a Delta interview (outside of the DGI program) if they don't like cannibalizing from their WO.

ALPA publishes all the new hire stats. Get a friend to send you a copy or if you work at an ALPA carrier you can ask the National Resource Coordinator, or the DAL-MEC Membership Committee.

Around the campus, no preference for Endeavor other than the SSP.
