Lady. The only people in my class without TPIC were the girls. I know, I know.....there have been many guys hired with min time/quals. Just sayin'.

As far as the 2nd chance interview, if you get too low of a score on the HR you will not get a second shot. I know its frustrating for the guys waiting for the call. I have many friends that are waiting for their first shot.
The psych evaluation is a lifetime ban as well.

Only if you don't make it past the review board.

Not true. Had a guy in my group get the CJO, got flagged the next day by the psych, then did not make it past the PARB. F16 guy... Seemed like a good person.

Hi all,

I've got a question maybe someone can help answer, which might make someone more competitive? 121regional/135 turbine PIC time, or heavy jet intl. FO experience?

Definitely 121 time for Delta. Delta doesn't understand 135 operations (heard from the chief himself). I don't think it matters so much at other operators.

Maybe y'all can help me out on this one. I have had a Delta app soaking for quite a few months. I had an internal push for me and they reviewed my app but I'd forgotten to put my high school info in (rog, I know, attention to detail...). Anyhow, Delta sent me a "fix it" email last weekend and I immediately fixed the glitch. Since then, I've heard crickets.

My question is: if they send you a fix it email for something like that, is it likely you'll get any follow up contact or are you usually written off?
