It's a generic email from hiring team that says your email recommendation was received. For me it has come a few days to as much as a month after submitting one. Those I have recommended have waited any where from 1 day to 3-4 months to get invited for interview.

How long ago were the 3-4 month folks? I'm at 10 weeks and starting to think I'll never get called. Were they military or civilian?

The secret is to give up on thinking every time your phone beeps with an email it will be the one....that's what I did after a month and then the email showed up

From my perspective, there is no set time between that email to getting the call. I have now seen that email 6 times. The first time was nearly 2 years ago...
I have a strong resume. All of Delta's desired boxes checked except military. No major black marks. 8 recommendations, including 6 internal and one from my current CP. 2 job fairs. Crickets...
All I can do is keep at it, stay positive, constantly look for ways to improve my position, and try to slow the aging process as much as possible.
