What about general aviation aircraft used during your initial PPL training that you were never employed to fly?

I grouped all my GA SEL and GA MEL into one entry each. In the model column I listed MEL (i.e. PA23, PA44) and for SEL (C152, C182, ZLIN) In the DESCR column I put SEL and MEL. I did not make an entry for each model flown.

Yep, I did the same...

You have to list all aircraft you have flown. Civilian or military.

Another thought...you may want to double check all your dates to make sure the years are correct. Is it possible you accidentally have overlapping dates in different types? You have probably thought of this stuff; but, I thought I'd try to help.
Hey Jiggs, yep, I went through all the grids....and found the red-flags...

For example, I had listed an aircraft that I had flown in a job that ended in 2001, but at the same time had listed the last time I had flown that type, several years earlier, at a previous job. Two instances of that typo...

Should be all fixed now....

So far, it seems that "the key" is volunteerism. The people that I know who were hired that weren't part of the "flow", SSP or "I threw footballs at the USAFA" were h e a v i l y into volunteerism.

Do I like the system the powers that be have set up, absolutely a discussion for "Story Time with Uncle Derg" because I certainly have strong opinions about parts of the process, but it is what it is and you don't have to like it, but if you want the job you have to hold your nose and deal with it.

I gather they're looking for people who are going to be "more than pilots". Hell, even I'm in the ambassador program (doing a trade show next week!) and I'm at the point in my career where I could be resting on my laurels. They want sharp, motivated people and you can't swing a dead cat and smack fifty of them so their discriminator, right now, seems to be those that are volunteers.

I didn't do it. I'm just giving you a peek into the box.
I thought by your comments on the Cargo Forum you worked at FedEx. Now it seems you work at Delta and are part of the ambassador program. You certainly get around.

Interesting that volunteerism is "the key", but there's nowhere obvious on the app or addendum to call it out. You have to shove it into "Educational Achievements" or "Employment Achievements" and yet some have nothing to do with work or school. Where do I put activities with my Church? With my kid's school? Just somewhere and hope somebody sees them I guess. Interesting system. A system I hope gets me hired. But still...interesting.

They do want more than "just a line pilot". Volunteer work does help and it is important.

But the whole "key" comment....bull. We aren't the Red Cross.

Regarding the flight time grid, what about if you are or were flying multiple types at the same time, ie contract corporate pilot while also full time, or corporate with multiple types etc. Would these scenarios raise a red flag for inaccurate info?
