For those of you who have gone through the process who are military, did they ask these same attendance questions? I have never missed a flight because I was sick but that was because we just work with our scheduler before it is a problem. It's a completely different process.
Can anyone shed light on this?

When it comes to your sick calls Delta just wants you to be honest. If you called in sick during a weekend or a holiday be honest about it. They are looking for patterns in your sick calls. They can tell if you work weekends or holidays because they have already gone through your logbooks and looked at specific dates.
If you are going to the interview I would know how many times you have called in sick in the past year. We have prepped our clients on how to specifically answer these questions. You have to be prepared. If anybody has a question about your sick call history or anything else please send us a PM or email.

If they were to look in my logbook, it would't look any different than what calling in sick would, NOTHING logged over those days. Not like I log reserve/Crashpad days.

Yep, but don't over think it. I got the same questions and said I got a cold every few years where I couldnt clear my ears so I called in as soon as possible to let the schedulers adjust. It's just another question on their list and they just want to see how you answer (imo).

I'm a technician too had the same question in my mind...I would think your reasoning is right. How did you list your dual status in the app? I was a bum for 5 years before I was hired as a technician. Did you list the military and technician separately?

I didn't specify that I was dual status because I just didn't see a clean way if doing it. I just did the drop down for active or reserve and my job description in the text box demonstrates the fact that I'm full time.

Thanks...I think half of the battle is figuring out how to document it correctly. Sounds like it has worked for you. Congrats on the interview-good luck!
