Back in the day the entire top floor of the training center was a dorm for new hire flight attendants.
The Speed Line was the "Hard Body Café".
It was a fantastic day whenever the FA's would get raft training in the pool downstairs.

Does anybody even use that pool anymore?

For those keeping track ... lets say there are currently just sorta under 90 furloughed / leaves returning and another 15 or so on the fence or who responded with questions like, "if I returned, could I go back out on leave again right away?"

Still, with flows, street hiring may just be a small trickle until the end of the year, when the doors should open.

I'd love to hear the answer to that question...spoken by Deniro, of course.

The only airline interview I wasn't hired at was the one I had a CEO recommendation. Someone should have told me how bad the pilots helping with the hiring hated Ole Phil

Also turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me because I would likely be a junior captain at endeavor air had I got that job.

Has anyone had success with Airlineapps being able to send recommendation requests to delta company email addresses? Everyone I've sent out appears to have been blocked by the delta spam filter. When I contacted airlineapps about it they said it was something to do with the delta email system. Are there any work arounds?

Send it to your contacts personal e-mail. The contact just has to put their delta.com email in the recommend form when they fill it out. It doesn't matter where you send the request for the recommend.

I haven't encountered that problem with request to my Delta email. It seems to have worked for me.
