I'm sure they collectively figured that out though. I seriously doubt they saw a score of 10 or 20% actually thinking that's what he scored and then said 'whatever lets hire him anyway'

The Aviation Knowledge test does have a minimum required score. When Delta sends out the invite email they will provide you a study guide for the test. You need to break down each topic in detail. You may create a document that is 20-30 pages of information. You will learn so much by doing the work yourself. People who rely on information from online resources or other people are destined to fail. If you live by the gouge, you will die by the gouge. Delta makes the test hard for a reason. What is your level of commitment.

Psych Hold is no fun
Does anyone have an idea of how many people they put in the Psych Hold pile before a board is conveined....also How accurate is the 95% board pass rate Mr. Krabby puts out? He is such a nice man...does his nice demeanor help him put out a nice fluffy number? Did I mention waiting sucks. Week One down...only 3-5 left?

Why are so many guys getting the Psych Hold recently? Has it always been this way, or is this something new? Any idea what triggers it? It really sucks that guys are getting a CJO only to be followed up later by an email saying, "...not so fast..."

My squadron had 5 single seat guys get CJOs, 3 got the psych hold, all 3 made it through. Something about our mentality trips the test. Surprisingly enough, as big a jack*ss as I am, I somehow did not trip up on day 2 when far more laid back guys did.
