Wait, hold on, eating baby food is weird? What if somebody put their call sign on the jar of baby food?

And most importantly, it doesn't mess up your hair.

You'd be surprised what 75db for 6 hours can do to your hearing.
Cycle the right recirc fan. It takes the packs out of high flow and you can actually hear yourself think.

Yup.... though there were a couple in the fleet where that wouldn't work. Yowza!

It was exceedingly rare I'd be at the gate with the recircs on, too.

Believe it or not- and this may come as a shock, but at this company pilots can change fleets.

rumor alert...some of you guys have postulated on this previously...

with the 747 parking, and not wanting to deal with the potential training waterfall, the rumor is an early retirement plan is in the works which bridges the healthcare...target is 25 whale capts, but it will be offered to all.

I hope the rumor is true.

Whoops, I thought I was on the L+G

And they will get a bunch of narrowbody guys who are 64 to take the bait and all those whale guys will stay. They will basically have to pay them a cash payout almost equal to what they now make to get them to go. The job in that seat is way to easy to get many of them to go for something small.

Doesn't really matter who they get to go though, anyone leaving early will be good for the bottom half.

I dont have a problem with either scenario.

Me neither, it just surprises me that they think they will get 25 of those guys to go early. They will have to give them a lot more than a healthcare bridge to get them to go.
