After what period of employment is a Compass pilot guaranteed an interview?

That's true for those eligible for the flow. Everyone after the flow is what I said above for the "guaranteed" interview.

I am sorry.
While it may appear that I did not RTFQ, I was interpreting the included quote (from DashTrash)to Pancake's question and substituting "flow up" for "main pillar of our guaranteed interview agreement." My bad.
I am not aware of any 'guaranteed' interview for a Compass pilot. Flow is an 'offer of employment,' not an interview.
FWIW, any Compass pilot can apply for any other airline position any time they are hiring, even in an attempt to 'skip the flow' at Delta. A clear strategy to get a seniority number sooner, rather than wait in Compass-seniority-order for the offer. At least that is how I have understood the process.

It is independent of the flow. It is not an LOA between either union and/or either management.
It was put out in an email from our management and it seems it is an agreement between managements,HR's,etc...
In order to get an interview, you are required to meet the DL pilot hiring requirements, get a recommendation from CPZ management, sign a release allowing DL to have your employment file.
How it works out is anyone's guess as it can not happen until the last flow eligible pilot is gone and it that will take at least 3 years.
I'm sure it can be terminated at any point.
I'll still apply to DL outside of this. I'll take the interview however I can get it!
