I always answered that question with, I'd get as much information as possible before any action, also, I would write down what happened in case I needed to fill out a report, or have to make a statement about it later.

I think you need to think in terms of, "will my actions have an effect on safety, and if not, will my actions cause harm to the company", but I'm not HR....

So, I have seen some questions about the "fix it letter" and timeframe. I received the email version of the fix it letter yesterday afternoon. I immediately went and fixed the issue in the app and was so happy to open my email today and find an invite to interview. I am going to call them but unfortunately can't accept an interview until after June 7th due to the current trips that I have with my 135 outfit.

Are you posing a question of whether the June 7th limitation would cause an issue with calling them? I don't know for fact, but they are probably scheduling interviews post-June 7th anyway.

Not at all. It just requested that I get the FCC radio permit. Luckily it was an easy fix and was able to fix it right away!

No, i wasn't posing the question, i was just making a statement that the three week wait could put me behind several other interviewees if I was lucky enough to get a CJO.

Not at all! Retired from military in Sept 2013 and been working 135 since.

3200 TT
1700 PIC
G IV, 737 type
military flown P-3, C-130, Multi Instructor
