No, that doesn't happen?
I don't know. I thought you were trying to make some sort of point.

I would hope that in addition to requiring a college degree, a legacy airline would steer clear of someone that has filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying off debt. Wait, that is what the airlines themselves do! Guess in that case, you're proving you belong. I retract my initial statement

I thought I just did....that is your psyche and I suppose morality are highly scrutinized, so wouldn't it make sense for management to also be evaluated that way?

RA=efficiency, productivity and outsourcing. Excellent business man. I wouldn't doubt less hiring more productivity.

They are hired by a different paradigm. Sorry, but that is reality. I agree with you that there should be some psychiatric consideration involved, but I am sure that they are not evaluated the same way. They are different. Accept it. Or not. Either way it won't change anything.

I figured as much...it seemed to me DL is or at least was very much "buying into" the effectiveness of their psych tests to separate the wheat from the chaff. But I am just an outsider looking in, and taking a wild guess

I honestly do not know anything about executive hiring practices. I also thought your first post was a backhanded slap, and for that I apologize.
