Thanks for the info, I figured/hope I hear something sooner than later. I have 5 internal letters of rec. Just would like to know if I updated it correctly or not. I've had a couple of guys look at and they all think it's good. Have guys been getting interviews after getting the emails or crickets?

I received two "fix it" emails regarding education and employment history in the first week of November, then received the interview invite the second week.
This may sound stupid, but printing out the app on paper sometimes helps find the errors. I found several this way only the week before I interviewed.

But by that logic, they should ALSO "hate" the fact that many of the pilots on the current list DIDN'T go through a particular selection process either. IE; NWA and Western. Even those that may have gone though a particular selection process, WEREN'T selected from that particular selection process yet were successful elsewhere. NOW working for that airline.
Interesting, is it not?

Good point Skuba. Here I am sitting in the opposite corner as you, I have a DAL interview and I'm absolutely happy about it, and I'm giving my allegiance to them (if I get the job) because they believed in me and called me first. I do hope I get the job, I won't be jumping from airline to airline. once I'm on property with an ID, I'm committed.
I would have to agree with purple on this one. Never forget that you are nothing more than a cost to Delta. Any allegiance you have to them will not be returned. They will not hesitate to furlough you if it makes economic sense. They have no problem taking your retirement or violating the contract. While not an adversarial relationship, just remember if they could get rid of you to save a dime they would. Talk to some 2000-2001 hires they have a pretty good grasp of Delta's opinion of you.

In both cases, of course, once on property with a DL seniority number, a DL pilot is a DL pilot. Period.
