The shrink is gone? Maybe for the Pinnacle SSI, but I don't think the normal interview is planned to change.

A friend had Cal in the jumpseat recently doing a flight ops audit(who is working with Kraby on new hire selection), and he discussed how they were getting the program up and running to be ready for the fall.

If there is one thing most of these guy need (speaking as a current 9E guy) it is the shrink....

I stand corrected. You are 100% accurate. This is the first real sign of good things to come. I was pleasantlty surprised the news started to leak and was in no way tied to SD. His word is right up there with Baghdad Bob. My gut tells me fall interviews for Jan/Feb classes.

Nice preconceived notion you have there.

My favorite is hearing whoever it is yell at each other on guard for "thanks Delta" for saying "on guard," while it's been years since I've seen a guy actually do that. Just one.... never seen anyone else do it.

95+% of the group have good stories and are fun to chill with at the bar despite decades of age difference.

Always thought that was overkill. Seemed to me you could do two of the three and accomplish the same outcome.
