Delta Hiring News

The actual interview was like I was sitting with 3 guys at a bar telling war stories. It was very laid back and open, and didn't even feel like I was interviewing. Great guys, and I definitely hope I get to fly with the active CA out in SEA in the future.
Overall, top notch experience. I am very lucky to have my dream job lined up, and I couldn't be happier. Best of luck to everyone to follow.

Congratulations and, even if it's not me (), I hope you can get here soon. I know a few guys who have been trying for a while to get in. There are a lot of great guys based in SEA!

Whats your point? Are you genuinely impressed or are you throwing out a flame-bait?
If you are genuinely impressed then we really have to admire her fast track progress to a Global Airline. And I applaud your decency for acknowledging her success.
but-
If you are flame-baiting and trying to pick fights then, let me tell you, it probably cost her less money and anguish (in the long run (49K-and less misery at a regional)) to get on board a Global and Profitable Airline (Of course this is based on today); as compared to you getting on with an iffy ULCC. As of now, not only did it cost her less, her career earnings are more than yours.

I have searched and searched these forums for the answer, what is training pay at Delta? Is there a flat rate per month? And the hotel is only paid for week one correct? Is there any per diem or is everyone initially assigned to ATL? Thanks.
