Wanted to return the favor...
Interviewed this week with 7 other folks. 6 of us were successful.
The interview was one of the most professional, yet laid back experiences of my life. There is a ton of gouge out there, so use it. No matter what you study, the Written Exam will be difficult - but the gouge is good. Use a prep company, simply for the fact it puts you at ease and gives you practice. I used Emerald Coast as well as Cage. Emerald Coast was excellent for the WWYD questions, Cage was excellent for the HR portion. I didn't get a single question from any of my prep sessions, but after doing the prep I felt like it didn't matter what they asked as I was prepared to answer anything in the format that worked best for the interview.
The actual interview was like I was sitting with 3 guys at a bar telling war stories. It was very laid back and open, and didn't even feel like I was interviewing. Great guys, and I definitely hope I get to fly with the active CA out in SEA in the future.
Overall, top notch experience. I am very lucky to have my dream job lined up, and I couldn't be happier. Best of luck to everyone to follow.

Last official word I've seen is 205 off the street pilots interviewed with 150 conditional job offers extended. I have no idea if those numbers in any way include SSP pilots from Endeavor or if that is a completely separate pool of swimmers.

The latest letter from flight ops is that an AE will be coming out every 60 days or so.
For all of you potential interviewees, relax, be somewhat respectful and try to act pleasant enough at the interview such that being stuck in a 4 by 6 cubicle for multiple days on end is somewhat bearable. Other than that, good luck.
