They will probably get hired when they re-interview in a year. Since class slots for 9E are filled in seniority order, if they are in the 500+ range, they probably aren't getting a class date until 2015 anyway.

Catboatsailor, not sure if you were referring to the pinnacle guy not getting hired, but I was floored when I found out he didn't get it. A really awesome guy, Delta lost a good pilot by passing him up.
Does anyone know if any of these guys that interviewed did any formal interview prep? Thanks

Read some of the posts after yours, seems as if the TRUE numbers have yet to be verified.

Also go back a few pages in the thread, seems as if a majority of the SSP guys being interviewed are getting the job.

While I think preparation is key for any airline interview, it's pretty critical for DAL. I've known a few people who interviewed there and didn't get hired, and all of them said they weren't prepared enough. All the testing plus how they run the panel interview is fairly rigorous. I wouldn't let your guard down anywhere, but particularly DAL.

Especially since some think they gave up concessions for the Delta "deal", oops.

+1 Aerocrewsolutions worth the $$
