You won't get a TBNT. I don't think you hear anything back, unless it's an invite for an interview.

I submitted my app on 12/31, got a fix it on 1/3, fixed it, now I'm waiting. Should I have an internal rec submitted now or wait awhile longer before I go that route? I'm a 4k hr military heavy pilot, IP/EP, etc. Thanks in advance!

What about if you have a masters degree. Should I put 6? I have heard varying advice on this, since it looks bad if a BS took more than 4 years. I'm not sure if that's the box that determines that, or if its varied based on your highest level of education?

Thoughts appreciated.

Pay for professional application review and ask a pro that looks at these all of the time. They have a vested interest and expertise in finding out what the most correct answer is for the various HR departments’ preferences. Emerald Coast, Cage Marshall, Check and Set can all help with sorting out the particulars. You may get the same answers here, but the value of a professional review and what they may see in a host of areas to make your app sparkle before you publish may mean the difference in an immediate invite for interview, a fix it email with unknown timeline for follow-up (or not), or an entire year before it can be scored again with any improvements you’ve made.

I would email them back and let them know you fixed it. it took them 6ish weeks to email me an invite after I fixed it FWIW.

Thanks. I emailed them on 1/5, thanking them for their consideration and informing them I'd updated the app. My question is really about whether I wait to send the internal rec or send it now...Thanks again!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it, if they pulled and found a 'mistake' it to give you a fix-it email, your 12 month clock has been started, so an internal rec/e-mail a month later is a moot point. Having said that, if you have multiple internal contacts to use, your aren't going to hurt yourself. Good luck, I'd be shocked if you don't get an invite - you are smack in the middle of one of their desired demographics.
