Hi guys, is a chance of getting hired without a bachelor's degree? Is jet 1,000 PIC enough? What other qualifications other than military help? My debate is whether I should invest 40k in a degree to be more qualified or if it's possible to get in without one.

Right now there is no chance as it is a minimum requirement to get hired. What the future holds, I have no clue, they may change it to preferred later but it is required now.

Just want to clarify. The rec on airline apps doesn't get your app pulled for a scoring? The only way to have it scored is via them pulling it, or by someone emailing the internal email?
Also, has Delta changed how they want the years of school listed? I had a friend tell me that want the total amount of years listed, and not just 4 if you have a bachelor's degree.

If you are asking about the question on the app I think you are, it asks for years of school. Not years of school typically associated with a degree. So if it took you 6 years to get a BS in something, I would put 6.
The internal email sent by a current Delta pilot to the Pilot Hiring Dept does guarantee a pull and scoring within 30 days, but is not the only way to get your app scored.
It is not like known outside the Hiring Dept what parameters get your app pulled without an “internal” email. So, your second sentence is technically correct. As has been cited many times, your app can only be scored once per year, regardless of why it is pulled. So plan accordingly and ensure your app is perfect. Good luck.
update your app and then email back a short reply stating it has been fixed. Anecdotal evidence suggests you may get the call shortly, you may wait. But at least you know they saw it. Good luck.

Way too many factors. It depends on what your score is. There are a lot of pilots with scores that qualify for an interview but who haven't heard anything because the stack has to get to them.
So anywhere from a month to years.
