Just wondering, how are my chances of getting an interview with four failures, all from my Part 91 GA training? I’ve worked at two 135 freight operators over the past few years and haven’t failed anything and I am about to enter the regionals, either SkyWest or PSA, I still haven’t made a decision. I am also working on a degree online. Does anybody know of anyone who has gotten on at Delta with four or more failures?

CFI orals have a high failure rate and some people forget to count those as failures on their application. I have reviewed a few applications that try to treat the oral as something separate than the checkride.
Right now I'd say no chance. With having 1 or 2 failures would probably fly, 4 is starting to be seen as excessive. They also don't really like online degrees. If I were you I'd go someplace with flow or head to Atlas and hope for UPS or FedEx or a LCC. Not being mean, but there are only 2-4 spots out of every 10 interview for non military guys.

It's probably more like 7/10 for non-mil guys in new-hire classes.
