- No money in anything not DCI.
- No money in Comair, Pinnacle, Mesa at DCI.
- No money in not subsidizing Frontier.

- No money in DCA.
- No money in all those slots at LGA.
- No money in the 787.

How about no money in charters (charters are not our core business). Yet a year later....... I want what they are smoking.

I know we don't have a TA, but why do we need to bail out a bad idea by allowing larger bad ideas?
I mean if a fleet of over 360 outsourced CRJ-200s on long term contracts to near bankrupt regionals is all of a sudden a bad idea, why is replacing the CRJ-200s with outsourced CRJ-900s to the same airlines a better idea?
How long til those become a bad idea and we have to move the scope line to compensate for all of these bad ides? Sure we could say "oh but that won't happen!!"
Okay, but when the first "bad idea" showed up in the early 1990s I doubt this was on anyone's radar as a swap solution to the unprofitable "bad idea":

AS adding A PDX-OGG flight, are we going to abandon Hawaii or just buy AS or HA?

It is interesting when you can counter a doom and gloom you better sign this mysterious TA or else because bad times are ahead with: "you know Wall Street just doesn't like your capacity cuts. We need to grow. Why aren't we growing?"
Maybe they don't realize the new found power they have to affect the industry?
