Really? That's disappointing. I'm not for full restoration but some nice bump would be a way of saying thanks for all we've been through and an extremely seamless merger. Plus, imagine the motivation and good will it would produce.

In light of this breaking news I apologize for the off-topic videos posted earlier.

Here is tonight's video.

Mission Accomplished.

Their expectations were managed down.

I'll bet it was below 10%.

I thought we weren't negotiating in public? I thought we weren't going to see the survey's? Throwing a number out there was suppose to be bad for us and good for management b/c now they know where we stand....what gives?
That being said I find it very disturbing if this "Rumor" is true.

Turns out Carl was right. Telling us numbers from a survey we were never allowed to see the results of. You can say pretty much anything you want and claim it was in the survey results. This process continues to be bogus.

Wow. This one statement is like a stab to my heart. I truly believed we would end up with a 30 percent raise up front. I assumed my fellow pilot group was expecting 2002 rates not adjusted for inflation (about 42 percent raise). The sad thing is I thought I managed my expectations down myself so I wouldn't be disappointed.
