Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Anyone know what the goal is for medical insurance. With the new universal health care coming active in 2014 I really want to have contractual protection so Delta doesn't just drop us all and pay the $2000 penalty which would probably be cheaper for them than our plans.

Universal healthcare is looking like it is unconstitutional due to the individual mandate. It may not be coming in 2014 after all.
