Mangement pays us for work we do on THEIR behalf, and that's how it should be. This current situation of management paying for union work is wrong. Period. Carl, it's not blind allegiance to ALPA. it's what give the delta pilots the most resources to do its job. I am not one that thinks a organizational change is needed to fix the issues. DALPA and whatever issues this pilot group wants fixed can be fixed within the current structure. I know dead horse and we will get to decide a TA which will resolve the other issue soon enough.

I will state that you could infer that they strongly agree with the following quote; "Not one more seat, not one more jet". Hopefully the scheduling gods will be nice so I can attend the meeting next week. Talking directly to my reps sure has helped alleviate the anxiety from reading the doomsday forums! Underboob please.....
That's great hoser. I've not heard any such comments from my guys. Not in writing or otherwise. Only the "improve the balance of flying between DAL and DCI."

Again, you don't get it. Our pay should be increased by a commensurate amount of our dues increase so that OUR DUES pay for these union activities. It would be a dollar for dollar wash, except that all of those dollars would come from the members...not management.

IF there are transparency issues? Unbelievable. MAROW.

Carl
Carl; Honest question. What is your real agenda? You have blind hatred or disdain for all things ALPA. Answer it on the other thread if you want.

I apologize for repeating the question, but...

Do we get to see how each rep voted for the TA?

BTW, what's the latest on the FPL accountability thing? I realize negotiations are ongoing, but I hope DALPA knows they are not off the hook by any means regarding the p!ssing away of our money.
Bacon,

There is a list on the Treasurer's page of the average compensation per Alpa pilot. Go look at it. It's there and there was a link on the main page last week.

Yeah, I guess he gave 'exit polling' a whole new meaning.

As for Mod's we are and that does not preclude us from the debate.

If you want to debate DPA I will do it over there but I am not going to fish for all dead thread. I prefer we keep it there. Bus's retort which I replied to was after your comment. Honestly I did not know that stuff was on that site since I do not read it.
BS acl. You and Johnso29 had your own little DPA bashfest based on one guys statement that you didn't even verify. You and Johnso29 bashed DPA for over 10 posts...and it was only a few pages back not 10 pages back.

Again, I should not have to tell you two this. Move the posts over to the other thread. You've done it many times before when it suited you, yet you refuse to do it now when you and Johnso29 were the instigators of the DPA bashing.

Pathetic.

Yes they are bacon. They are totally off the hook. They make the rules and they "revise" them as required. This ship has sailed.

It is blind allegiance acl, you just can't see it because, well...

It does not. Structured as I've stated earlier would be a dollar for dollar wash. Except ALL those dollars would come from union dues and NOT management.

Provably incorrect. The flight pay loss issue is just the latest example.
