Opus's intent was to put something out here with out giving specifics that was positive in nature. His intentions were decent. After all of the doom and gloom he wanted people to be up beat.
He did this and more. He is smart by not disclosing it.

I will take the 25:1 odds with scope!

What does that mean?

Are you saying DALPA will cave in on scope again and hose the junior segment(and the senior segment-the less you represent, the less leverage you have)....

Or that they will finally hold the line on this one?

It is just better to not disclose anything.

Also, I just confirmed what Opus what hinting at.
Simply put there are things on the horizon. This is one that I am not willing to talk about.
