Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Who was the MEC Chair at NWALPA when the Mesaba Avro's with 69 seats were grandfathered in for eternity?
You don't have to like LM, but make sure you are placing the blame in the right place...
IIRC, the max "large RJ limits" at DAL and NWA were greater than 255 currently allowed. Is that considered "reducing" DCI limits or not?

I actually KNOW right where that is!
I have done the "Mug Race" a couple times, which is a sailboat race up the St. Johns river, it begins in Palatka and ends in Jacsonville, at the Rudder Club, so I have been to Palatka, even spent a night in the Holiday Inn..but we killed quite a few brain cells there, so I don't think it made me any smarter.

Yeah, we stayed right on the river.
But you're not too far from Orlando and/or Daytona beach, so you could stop by Embry Riddle or visit the Citation place at MCO, maybe they need a line boy in exchange for some flying time.
Let your reps know that. What we hear and see now, even the rumors on the DALPA forum and on here are just that, rumors. The final deal will look a lot different than what we see today. It could take a long time, we just have to be patient with the process. There is a lot of balls in the air. Time to watch and see where they land.
I want my company to be healthy and profitable, I want to share in the prosperity of our company. It's time to move to the left seat for many reasons including getting my retirement in order. I will not vote vote for anything that delays that upgrade.
I have an expectation on the performance of my negotiations agent. I will not be swayed by noise.
Who was the MEC Chair at DALPA when ASA was running BAE-146's around with over 70 seats?

Well, should be easy to figure out. The first BAE flew for ASA in 1995, when they actually flew. They were a cronic POS and were down for Mtx constantly. Were a big embarassment during the Summer Olympics a year later. They were ditched in 98 for the crj 50.
However, the blame should go back to 1993, the year they introduced the the ATR 70 really.
So, would that be the illustrious B. Brown?
LM was the one that moved the "line in the sand" and brought us the crj 90's which is arguably more damaging.
I'll be sure to continue to talk to my reps. My goals today for this contract are the same as they were one year ago. No sense in being tossed about like a ship in the ocean over all of this.
