But, I think this speaks to Bars point, acl. If you guys are going to direct the flow of conversation for this thread, then you are taking away what has made it such a great place for so long.
I don't see it as a right to post underboob issue either, because Bar didn't post any.
As pilots, we just don't like being surprised. That's all. We actually like rules. If there is an insubordination rule or Anit-Sedition clause, let us know.
I admit, you have every right to do it -- The First Amendment doesn't live here in APC world. It's you world and you can make it as you see fit. But, with it being your right and all, the only question is the direction you guys/gals want to take this place.
I think what IT is is that sometimes there is absolutely nothing going on at Delta, but sometimes Delta people come on this thread to talk about what's going on with them.
How much you let us discuss, is up to you.

Can anyone tell me what the minimum time PBS allows between trips or events? I'm remembering either 12 hours or 24... scanned through all my TWG pdfs and Scheduling Alerts and couldn't find it. For example, if I get in at 10:00am on Mon, what is the soonest PBS will give me another trip... and also, if it's different, what is the soonest I can pick up a white slip? Thanks!
ACL--- Thanks for answering my earlier post on what CQ training days were worth, 3:15. You do great work both as a Mod and helpful participant.

I haven't flown with anyone who wants 10, 3, 3, etc. I do educate everyone I fly with on the swa payscale (within the bounds of my understanding and based upon what I have been told by them and read myself). More often than not, my capts are very surprised at the swa compensation.
Also, while most of my A's are concerned with pay, I try to educate them on all the workrule improvements, retirement contributions, JVs codeshares, scope, training, medical, etc improvements that are equivalent to a payraise without having a big hourly pay bump. Its really about the whole package.
