Our FAs get $20 an hour holiday pay, additional, for working on a holiday. There's only 5 that they get the extra pay, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Delta Macy's Day Thanksgiving Day Parade float was just on NBC. Not bad, good camera coverage of the logo.

I think the "me too" clause would be appropriate.

Well, now that you mention it, I did notice the float's wheels lit up when it rolled.

Unfortunatly no they don't. Also your longevity (for pay) doesn't start till you finish ioe.

Two worst parts of the contract

How about having the ability for a reserve guy to get a descent trip instead of being off (I.E. swap with a lineholder)? No such way.... So here I am with no kids and fully able and willing to do a trip so that a guy with kids can spend the day at home. Oh the reserve system at DAL.... I am finally getting off reserve soon, and will never go back voluntarily.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL ANYWAYS !!

I mean the only reason I am here is become nobody else wants to be here. This isn't 1990 and Delta has evolved. And besides before your jealousy clouds your mind anymore - who's fault is it that nobody wants NYC 7ER B reserve?

Heck, it might take me 10 years before I have the seniority I want in ATL 88 B to move off reserve. In 10 years a 26 year old new hire might be able to hold ATL 88 A within 3 years of being hired. Not their fault. Can't blame them. Can't be jealous either.

As to ATL being senior - it's senior. And we haven't even closed CVG, the other base we promised not to close.
Dude I am so using this when I get up to NYC. The one good thing are all the young FA's to work with
