Which begs the question...

But I really think it is to help the FA s who are working for peanuts in an expensive city to get to work in a timely manner. We pilots can afford helicopters, therefore no need.

Also heard from a couple of folks in hdqr that NLRB ruled in favor of Delta over AFA.

Big thumbs up in my opinion. The CQ language and 23G/K improvements are huge. Kudos to the negotiators for finding a way to get these taken care of outside of negotiations.

That's a few less items that will need to be hashed out in Section 6, so they can spend more energy on small issues like:

Scope, Pay Rates, Min Day, Sick Leave, Vacation Credit/Accrual, Reserve Equality, etc etc

I agree, with these LOAs and especially LOA 29, we have achieved some good gains outside of section 6. The negotiating committee is really earning their keep!

How long till they start integrating sides do you think?

That's going to be a good time.

Obviously any F/A always has priority over any pilot on the Golden Touch Crew Runner, but if there's an empty seat, I don't see the harm in a pilot hitching a ride. I don't use it much, but I have done it going from EWR back across to LGA/KEW when I get those ridiculous EWR trips that block in around midnight.

I'll tell you what, if the F/As want to get picky with that, then I'd say it's time to start kicking them out of our lounges at night since they're not allowed to overnight in theirs. On any given night, you have a dozen F/As black-chairing it at LGA/JFK pilot rooms
