Thanks
There's a confusing explanation in the FOM about it, has to do with the LCA releasing you to scheduling and or the other way around. I recently scored 5 days off for some oe action.

This is true only for 23K recovery. Not 23G, OE recovery obligations.

22D2 is:

1. Each bid period and at each base, the Company will post a complete list of pilots by category and seniority number.
2. On or before the first day of February, May, August and November, the Company will post, at each base, a six month forecast of pilot requirements for each position at each base.
Exception: When the Company posts an advance entitlement or displacement bid with an effective date more than 210 days from date of posting, the Company will concurrently publish a 12 month forecast of pilot requirements for each position at each base.

This is min staffing

22D3 is:
An advance entitlement or displacement bid posting will include a forecast of pilot staffing by category at the end of the conversion window.

Those report names get a lot of ppl but all they are is sections and subsections of the PWA. They require the reports.

So I am off the hook since my day turn was taken for oe and haven't been notified of recovery and I am inside the 12 hour mark. If I get a whiteslip, will I get paid for both trips or is it just whichever trip pays more?

Thanks,

I agree...as long as they agree, up front, that not one single DCI pilot will have a seniority number one greater than the bottom mainline pilot.

There is a lot, lot more that needs to be ironed out, but without that prenup, we need to recapture our flying unilaterally if necessary because a seniority grab is a show stopper.

I'm not worried about DCI getting DOH. There's no way that would happen. But one single number higher than a mainline pilot simply will kill the deal. DOA. Without that prenup, there's no reason spending time on the meet and confer other than to inform that we are talking our flying back. And yes, it is our flying. If a DCI goes IndyAir, especially if its successful, do you really think they'll let us in on it? Please.

I respect DCI pilots; they are generally great sticks and work as hard or harder than anyone in the industry. But they will never get one single seniority number greater than any current mainline pilot on the mainline seniority list. Ever.

See now if I was more motivated (and could remember how to do it) I'd post pix of a recently relieved North African dictator's entourage of bodyguard chicks.

At least I thought he was a dictator. He only made O-6 for some reason.
