Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

ok smart as$, one or three, what does it matter?
I don't even have one, so I guess I'll never work for DAL. It was a simple question. Good versus bad, I understand there is a preferred list for DAL or not? A certain accreditation organization?
good luck with your training, then again, you may not need luck, you are very smart having three degrees.

Thank you! I do have an Associates with ERAU and am now a student with Thomas Edison State College in NJ, online. If TESC wasn't approved by DAL then I wondered if my efforts were in the right direction. Finishing the degree is the right direction, but possibly not for DAL.
cheers, good luck, and congratulations.
yea, when you get into training, if you have contact with anyone in the know. Ask them if they have heard of or approve of Thomas Edison State College and then post it here?

I know of at least one person that was hired recently with at degree from there. I am not sure if he had a masters to supersede it, but that is where he did his undergrad.
I will check and see what I can find out.

Neosporin - It will be interesting to see what reply CL65 gets. Accreditation is a mess in the United States. According to Wiki there are 52 accrediting bodies in the United States. Here is probably the best link to the information you seek:

I did not see Thomas Edison listed as accredited, but then again it did not like the Institute that awarded my graduate certification either. I always wondered why Delta did not list my graduate degree on my new hire info sheet, maybe I found my answer....

From who I talked to they do not think that Thomas Eddison is accepted. I will see if I can get a difinitive answer. I would suggest going to ERAU extended campus. They are really good at transefering credits and making them work towards one of their classes.

Sorry to change the subject..
1. Do AE's at Delta come out on the "need" basis or there is a schedule for them - say, twice a year?
2. I understand the latest one (the "all squared away" version with secondary vacancies) will come out on Nov. 20th.. Will the results change Dec. 3rd assignments?
Thanks

AEs are on a need basis. Just a guess, but yes, the results of this bid could affect the Dec 3rd class.
