I think next time I'll bring him up in January and make him shovel a few driveways, then see how he feels about it!
After living in the North for 20 years, Winter is fun to visit, but becomes a little too much after about Mid February.

I'm with you. New England is more than just the beach, fried clams and Laawbstaah...but they do go a long way to mitigate the winters. Man, I miss fried clams. Fried oysters are close, but not that close.

One thing I never will understand about New Englanders. They always want to retire in FL. Why don't they move to where its warm when they are young so they can enjoy it their whole life.

I agree..
But adverse weather isn't always a deterrent.
I am always puzzled by downtown Portland, OR.
Why aren't those people in San Diego?

Aviation trade war will help SkyTeam / DAL / AF / KLM
India has refused to grant New Delhi landing rights for Lufthansa’s Airbus A380, a German daily said on Friday.

Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper reported in a pre-release of its Saturday edition that the Indian government’s decision apparently was made because the Star Alliance, of which Lufthansa is a member, had rejected Air India’s bid to become a Star Alliance member.
