Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
so does that mean junior guys will never get a green slip if someone senior has one in even if it is their tenth and the junior guy has zero?

I don't think so. It just eliminates the deadline for same day/next day flying. So if you have 0 & senior guy has 1 you still get it. Before it was of you had 0 and senior guy had 0, but he didn't make the submission deadline then you got it instead.
that fine....im ok with that
I do not like this. It's gotten pretty difficult to get a GS lately and this isn't helping.

If so, I think that makes complete sense. Some would say it should allow the more senior to get it no matter how many he/she has had. Again, not debating that point. But had that been the case I'd be a bit unnerved at making an autonomous change like that. But if the case is as you put it then it looks like a good change in that it closes a loophole that should not have allowed for usurping seniority.
Guys, I may be misunderstanding GS's but thought no one could get a second until everyone who was requesting one had gotten at least 1.
This is yet another reason why the NWA system was better because you were paid time and a half for any flying over 80 hours. Period. It spread the wealth around a lot better than this system.
Not praising the NWA system as the best, just saying it was a vast improvement over this current system.

My friend Joe The Plumber would like you to clarify that comment.
My wife was watching a movie on Lifetime about J.K. Rowling. This is who played her and thus kept me in the room:
