You mean on a deadhead like that, you couldn't convince said Coed to let you take a picture, "for the guys on the forum". You had, what, at least an hour and a half to work it.

Whoa!!! [sound of brakes squealing] There is no ALPA Aeromedical. ALPA outsources this service to a company called AMAS (Aviation Medicine Advisor Service) in Denver, CO. Here's a link to their clients: AMAS Clients

There is no reason that DPA or anybody else could not provide this same level of service by simply subscribing to it.

I agree, if we can get some of these work rule concessions, then the pay goes up and management will be able to shield it from other work groups.

I hope our NC understands that they aren't negotiating for any other work group but us. I really don't care if the company feels it has to give what we negotiate to other groups. That is the company's decision and our negotiators have to lay that out for them.

I say keep the pay rates the same, but give a $500 bonus for each landing you actually make. Then give that to the other groups too.

Along a similar vein the DPA could outsource their legal council to and get their own Ford and Harrison attorneys.
