Are you running Firefox 4 or 5 on a Mac? This problem started with the release of Firefox 4. If this is the case with you, the only solution I know of is to go back to Firefox 3. And I'm not sure how to do that. I've just been putting up with this problem (I'm running the latest version of Firefox) and hoping Delta eventually fixes it.

BTW, Breaking Bad starts up again Jul 17 on AMC. You've got time to watch the first three seasons in the next two weeks. Awesome show.

Okay, so does that include just vacation. Or does it include reserve days not worked, sick days, etc. Tell me how you know the answer and tell me how this compares to Delta.
Now, just to complicate this, SWA averages a little over 80 hours per regular line per month. If we use their data that says they average a little over 13 days per month per regular line, that comes out to about 6:10 per day. Now if they get to 90.5 hours per month, that would put them around 14.5-15 days per month on average. This doesn't include reserve line holders.
Please, let me know how this all adds up. Delta shares data with all the other domestic carriers and they know the answers to all these questions. I don't, but they do. They will not be swayed by a glossy brochure meant to get Airtran pilots to give up on their seniority integration and they will not be swayed by internet blowhards that don't know crap about anything but don't let them stop bloviating anyway.

FYI, 11th yr SWA Captain here. I believe I'm pretty representative of an "average" (or more likely slightly below average) SWA pilot in terms of earnings & productivity. I commute to my base. I have small kids at home. I have a great life outside this job and very much enjoy all the days off I can get. IOW, I basically fly my line and try to improve it where I can through trip trading WITHOUT increasing total work days each month. I pick up very little (~6 extra work days total last year). My 2010 W2 showed $224,860 and I flew 761 hours....virtually all of it at straight pay. I mostly do one 3-day trip each week, or the occasional 4-day every now and then. They're usually not commutable. I shoot for an average of 100 TFP monthly throughout the year to hit our annual household income target. I have 4 weeks of vacation each year.
Best of luck with your negotiations.

Thanks for posting. If you have the time, it is my understanding that SW has an approximate 10% profit sharing payout. If you are able to deduct your profit sharing from your W2, could you let us know if its around 10% and your new adjusted W2?
Thanks for helping this discussion.

I'll now have done two days flying on reserve for a whopping 5:13 total. A lineholder would be paid 10:30 for the same thing. It just doesn't seem fair.
