Maybe it is 10...... Not really sure but my point was that when I have been assigned SC continuously they have always provided a break each 24 hour period. Just sayin.

Its all good.
They build those breaks in there to keep you legal for a domestic assignment.

Guys get confused ever since Whitlow. That rule does not apply to international.

Funny they would do that on the 744 as we don't have any domestic trips..... Maybe they do that because the schedulers don't know we don't fly domestic. Heck I got into a discussion a few months back with a scheduler + supervisor and neither knew that the shortest rotation we had at that time was 4 days and 25+ hours.

Just like it was in 2007 / 2008. There is a reason for it.

There was actually 2 classes in 2007 that went 100% to the NYC 7ER. I was in one of them and is still on it, although most guys have left for better QOL.

Default Aircraft orders

Anyone have any insight as to what Delta is waiting for in terms of placing an aircraft order? Seems a lot of aircraft slots are getting taken up by other airlines. I know we are in talks with all the manufacturers, but how hard can it be to figure out what aircraft type is going to work for us? Do you think Delta has figured out what they want & are now trying to negotiate the best price?

Boeing has made me lazy enough thank you. I don't want the airplane to do EVERYTHING for me. You can have the baguette.

What, a dock? If you can't afford a dock buddy, you are in really bad shape.
