I think it was airbus that tried to demonstrate the design strength of the 380 by trying to move a building out of the way with a wing. Probably still flown by french pilots.

So did I, but I think there is a little reaction going on by the WB FO's that are over age 60. The guy senior to me that left is a n over 60 and I remember having the "loss of seniority over 60" discussion with him. He bid to ATL320A.

The guy that came in was a MD from MSP.

I'm guessing the guy that left got tired of having his bids rejected by PBS for being over 60.

If You Want That Verizon Unlimited Data Plan, You Really Need to Hurry

Verizon Wireless, which has said it plans to move away from unlimited data plans for new subscribers, confirms that new tiered options will be the norm starting next month.

Verizon spokeswoman Brenda Raney told AllThingsD that the company is making changes to its data plans, including those for new smartphone customers.
“We will move to a more usage based model in July,” Raney said in an e-mail. “We’ll share more later.”

Enthusiast site Droid Life reported earlier on Monday that Verizon will offer plans ranging from $30 a month for 2GB of data to $80 a month for 10GB of data,
with tethering to other devices available for an additional $20, including a further 2GB of data. The site says the new plans will go into effect July 7.
Verizon declined to comment on specifics of its new plans.

Verizon has been offering unlimited data as a $30-per-month option for several months for 3G smartphones, including the iPhone 4, but has always said that
it was offering the plan for a limited time only.

Not what I've said. Can't help it if you have reading comprehension problems too.

I just thought it was ironic that you (the guy who's primary obsession seems to be whether or not he's going to get furloughed and damn everyone else, and who criticizes anyone who advocates that our profession and our careers should be restored) would be on here whining about having only been with the company for 4 years and on reserve. I moved backwards to the plug in my category on this bid... been on reserve for the past 4 years straight with no end in sight. And I'm damned glad to be here!

Now if we can just fix the compensation that you don't see a problem with... and fix scope. But no big deal with you... you're a statistical outlier. Most Delta pilots have a much higher respect for our profession.

Same way you said I continually advocated an illegal job action ... right Satchip? I'm sure you're still looking for my post where I said that.

You don't need to worry your little head at the moment. DALPA is not talking about doing anything that might get you furloughed, so all is well in Satchipland.

Satchip,

It's water over the dam, underneath the bridge or whatever. It's behind us. While we can learn from history, there no sense in re-hashing the past when there is absolutely nothing to be gained by it. You are going to start a food fight that doesn't have any point to it.

I don't remember if it was said or not. At this point it just doesn't matter.........

Breathe in

Breathe out

Think Zen......

Wise words sir.

We need to start prepping for the next merger which could be sooner than any of us want.
