Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Heck Dal,
I thought you had written the paper or at least you were plagerized in it. I hope you give them a pass by not requiring a footnote that cites you as the source. I am glad at least one council is putting out stuff like that and am hopeful the MEC is at least talking that way with our management team...time will tell.
In future papers, it would be great to have scope addressed in a similar fashion as well as scheduling/reserve, vacation, etc. It isn't only about the payscale although I would guess that for many it probably is.
I dont know about you folks, but I am absolutely ready to unify around our contract going forward...whatever it takes.

My take away after talking to him was; Read the articles, and then think about what you are reading. From that, then frame the the correct questions. He told me flat out that he wants his pilots to "think." That in itself was impressive to me.
I know there are those that do not like the sort of stuff that goes on in 54, but frankly, they have transparency of the process, and they want their pilots to think. In the end that is impressive to me.
I also agree, Unity is key and imo, if the DPA guys really wanted to be effective, they would reengage in the process in a unified effort.
Update: totally fake. Royal Wedding Cinderella | The Mary Sue
Sorry about that folks nothing to see.
In celebration of my trip ending a day early:
Notice no wedding band?
If there was a wedding band we'd call it false advertising.
