Its not so much the security aspect, but can you imagine all the groupies, hookers and *****s we'd have waiting for us every time our van pulled up if our hotels were known? Oh, the humanity.
The old, "Delta sucks" response.
I've always hated that proposition.
The world gets better because people don't like things, voice their displeasure, then rally around making change.
Find another gig? Live longer?
I'm glad George Washington, John Adams and the rest of the Framers didn't take similar advice.

Frankly I don't care how he personally feels about Delta because there is nothing I can do or say that will change his.. or your for that matter.. mind. I just think it's sad that his life revolves around an entity that he despises. (Here comes the "my life doesn't revolve around Delta" comment... but you know what I mean) Everybody on the seniority is a proven intelligent human being, and if this place is so distasteful, you have the resources between your ears to go somewhere else and find a job that you might find more enjoyable.
... or you can go on an anonymous web board and ***** about it...

Yeah, he (Bush)was really funny...
Fixed your post. Interesting that you cited the Framers as a source to back your argument when it was they that left England because "England and the King sucked"..... But I will give you credit for the rally around making change.. this isn't the place for THAT however....

I didn't have to use the Framers to back my argument. Mainly, because I could have used a much more recent example.
When you come on here and preach the virtues of longevity pay, or condemn the possibility of out of base white slips being allowed, are we to ask you to go to UPS to find your longevity pay? Or, maybe we should ask you to take a look at Emirates, to get away from the possibility of having someone take your in base flying?
Just because someone else complains about one or two or even three things about Delta, does not mean that they despise Delta. The people who despise Delta don't come on here. If they despise Delta, they complain, but they don't offer alternatives.
In my opinion, the people who take time to learn the issues, the contract, and the inequities between themselves and others are the ones who want to make Delta better.
Personally I think everyone should have an equal right to complain about whatever ails them personally or in general, without having someone question if they should be here.
We are all Delta pilots, right?
Besides, I don't want anyone to leave unless they are senior to me.
Did I mention that Emirates puts their pilots up in a villa and provides limo service back and forth to the airport?
